Every raid is a sound puzzle: surfaces change footsteps, bushes betray movement, scav voice lines reveal what the AI is reacting to. Players who learn the map by ear survive far longer — they only fight the battles they start.

- Stereo, no surround virtualization.
- Effects up, interface sounds down.
- One headset for ten raids straight.
Key sounds
- Steps on wood or metal — exact position.
- Bushes — movement nearby, maybe bait.
- Reloads and meds — a free window to push.
- Scav lines — the AI saw someone.
How to train your ears
- Play three offline raids walking only — no sprint at all.
- Wear the same headset for ten raids so its sound becomes familiar.
- After each death, write down the last sound you heard.
The last sound before you died is the lesson. Write it down.
