One caller plus one speaker per group. Everyone else stays muted during pulls. Every callout is three words max: what, where, what to do.
Long callouts kill people. By the time a sentence finishes, the mechanic has already happened. Three words land instantly — the brain parses them as one chunk and the body moves. Agree every call before the pull, then say each one exactly once.
